the wet mornings continue, ruling out all walking until it brightened up a bit at lunch time. still, the routines and habits are falling into place – can’t grumble! would be nice to run in the rain though! lol

note: breakfast, lunch and dinner all part of lite n easy 1500 calorie pack. at least 1.5l of fresh cold water consumed across the day.

04:30 – breakfast – Honey Muesli Flakes with skim milk, Soy & Linseed Toast with Strawberry Jam, Blueberry Yoghurt
05:30 – bus, 30 minute nap
06:30 – coffee, 2 sugars
10:00 – Red Apple
10:30 – cup of tea, 2 sugars

14:00 – Chicken & Pasta Bake, Mandarin
13:30 – Crunchy Noodle Snack
15:30 – cup of tea, 2 sugars. Apricot Almond Bar
16:15 – bus, nap
18:00 – chicken noodle stir fry
21:00 – glass milk, bed
