2014-08-14: “pre-season” day 4

day 4 of “pre-season” and I’m starting to get in the groove again. alongside these daily journals, I’ll be providing a weekly video, with a a bit of a recap, mised up with tips, advice, answers to any questions that arise and so on…

here’s the first one:

day 4 journal

note: breakfast, lunch and dinner all part of lite n easy 1500 calorie pack. at least 1.5l of fresh cold water consumed across the day.

04:30 – breakfast – two slices of fruit n muesli toast with butter, passionfruit yoghurt. orange juice

05:30 – bus, 30 minute nap

06:30 – coffee, 2 sugars

10:00 – red apple

10:30 – cup of tea, 2 sugars

12:30 – penne pesto pasta, pear cup

13:30 – almond & mango fruit mix

14:30 – cup of tea, 2 sugars. ricotta spinach cake

16:15 – bus, nap

18:00 – braised chicken & almonds with rice

21:00 – glass milk, bed
