nice early start today, awake a couple of minutes before 2am in fact, and down the gym about 2:30am
which was a bit wasted given that i’m not headed to the office today, but have a workshop / networking event to go to that doesn’t start until after 9am lol.
but with no rush, it meant i could fit in the abs, push-ups and a moderate pace 10km row – which was a nice way to start the day.
bit of a strange thing with the weight today – it was up 800g to 112.8kg pre-session.
post-session it was showing 112.0kg again (due to fluid loss)
so fluid, DOMS from hill run / intervals, fluctuations – all mean I’m not worrying about this weeks “gain”!
02:00 – small snack bar
02:30 – gym (see below)
04:45 – 1 x Berocca, 3 x fish oil capsules, 1 x glucosamine tablet, 1 x men’s one-a-day multi-vitamin. protein shake
05:15 – black coffee. cereal, 2 slices fruit toast, orange juice.
07:25 – bus, train, walk to state tennis centre
09:18 – “big think” event including cheese & salad wrap and a cup cake during morning tea approx 11am
14:30 – walk, train, bus home
15:15 – meatballs & salad wrap
15:45 – 30 minute nap
16:30 – cup of coffee
18:00 – steak & salad
20:30 – glass milk, 3 fish oil capsules, 1 night-time multi. bed
21:00 – mug warm milk to ease cough, wait for cough to go away
22:30 – bed

abs challenge day 23 – 100 sit-ups, 150 crunches, 58 leg raises, 90s plank hold
