down to the gym this morning for a bit of cross-training based around on the rowing machine. the really good news is that my left big toe is so well healed and recovered that I could strap my feet into the rowing machine no problem at all.
plan is to hit the darkrun “beep test” and 5k freedom lap tonight, to round off the training activities for today.
