Triathlon challenge plus a late night meant no gym today. Business as usual again tomorrow 🙂

11:30 – Extended lunchtime walk via King’s Park. Chicken & sweetcorn soup
15:00 – Few nuts, lemongrass & ginger tea
18:00 – Duck, sugar snap peas, corn on the cob
21:30 – Glass water, bed
