Planning to get back into it all on Sunday, starting with day 1 of the schedule. I know it’s just psychological, but because I’m treating Monday as day 1, Sunday sort of feels like it’s stuck on the wrong side of the “day off”.
Sunday to Friday, then a rest on Saturday – yup, that seems to work lol.
