yay! managed an early start to the day (just after 3am) which meant i got in a decent gym session and still managed to get the early early bus into Perth!
held the 10km/h pace reasonably comfortably for the 500m jog intervals, so i was pleased about that. slept for most of the bus trip again and felt totally refreshed by the time we got into the city. i think that feeling was helped by the sun shining 🙂
