well I wasn’t too sure how things were going to pan out today – aches, pains, headaches and sneezes seemed to be the dominant theme towards the end of yesterday, so I feared the worst.
fortunately I woke up feeling relatively human so I headed down to the gym as per usual – I could tell that there’s still some underlying cold symptoms – mostly the cold sweat that added to the hot sweat. overall it was a very sweaty session lol.
