so here we go, day one of the new era of daily journaling…
in terms of running, today is a rest day. with a double run yesterday, i was in bed early, and so was awake by 2:15. feeling mostly refreshed, though the legs do feel as if they did a bit of work yesterday 🙂
while this journal won’t be published until the end of the day, it is currently 3am and i’ve just done my push-ups and abs.
applied a bit of tiger balm to the front and outside of my thighs (which is where most of the achiness is) – seems to be doing the trick.
legs felt fine on lunchtime walk.
i’ll not mention this every day – but water intake is around 2 litres per day, consistently.
02:15 – push-ups and abs (see below)
03:30 – Brekkie. 1 x Berocca, 3 x fish oil capsules, 1 x glucosamine tablet, 1 x men’s one-a-day multi-vitamin. Apricot yoghurt crumble. 2 pieces fruit toast and butter. Glass orange juice.
04:50 – bus into perth. couple of 15 minute naps.
05:45 – black coffee. cadbury boost bar (had a strong urge for something sweet)
08:00 – kiwi fruit. roasted almonds.
11:30 – 5km walk (approx – runkeeper failure)
12:30 – lite n easy nachos (corn chips, beef, cheese, salsa). small orange.
13:30 – muesli bar
14:15 – bus home and nap.
18:00 – chicken, salad and boiled potatoes
18:30 – walk to local park with Kian and Marble
20:30 – glass milk, 3 fish oil capsules, 1 rest n restore night-time multi. bed
abs and push-ups

day 14 of 30 day abs challenge – 65 sit-ups, 85 crunches, 42 leg raises, 55 seconds plank hold
