11:00 – Morning walk, sliced banana, yoghurt, nuts & seeds
13:30 – Extended lunchtime walk (Jacob’s Ladder). 4 pcs sushi, seaweed salad
18:00 – Salmon, crispy potatoes, onion and fennel. Small piece birthday cake.
