after a weekend full of running, I still managed to wake early, but opted to make today a running rest day. need to give the legs (and the rest of my body) a little break before hitting the 1km repeats tomorrow!
feeling a little on the flat side energy-wise, so a rest is definitely going to help fix that too.
03:30 – 1 berocca, 1 x multivit, 3 x fish oil capsules, 1 x glucosamine, zinc tablet
03:45 – honey muesli flakes, 2 slices toast with butter & apricot jam, orange juice.
04:50 – bus, nap
05:45 – black coffee
08:00 – pear
10:00 – light fruit cake
11:30 – tomato bruschetta on ciabatta
11:45 – blt salad with crispy bacon pieces & french vinaigrette
13:00- sweet pineapple pieces
14:15 – bus, nap
16:00 – push-ups and core
17:00 – 2 pieces toast with honey
18:15 – chicken and chorizo risotto
20:30 – glass milk. 3 fish oil capsules. 1 night-time multi. bed
