soooo, back down the gym this morning and found it tough going if i’m honest! could feel the belly a little more than usual, while on the rowing machine. took things relatively easily with the weights – after all it’s just a part of daily life now so there’s nothing to “prove”.
felt great afterwards, really happy to be back in the gym. feel bloody tired though!
