as promised to myself yesterday, today is a running rest day. so i made a leisurely start to the day, sleeping until about 4am, and feeling thankful that the soreness had seemingly disappeared from my legs.
I will still be doing the push-ups and the usual core stuff, with week 5 of the hundred push-up challenge due to be repeated as I narrowly failed to complete the final set on friday.
have also noticed that I have started sneezing a little – I will also be heading into the middle of the UK winter at the end of this week, so I’ll be making sure I keep the immune system strong this week; this rest day will help on that front too!
