rest day today – sort of feeling a bit like a slacker. there’s a marathon in just 5 days and I’m doing very little!
still, I’m sure the effort required on Sunday will more than make up for it.
04:30 – creamy almond & vanilla oats with strawberry compte. 2 pieces toast & apricot jam
05:25 – bus, nap
06:15 – coffee
08:30 – coffee. roasted almonds.
09:30 – red apple
10:30 – vanilla yoghurt
11:30 – hokkien stiry-fry noodles. sultana tea cake.
13:30 – creamy chicken & potato pie. banana & apple bread.
14:15 – bus, nap
15:30 – cup of tea, piece of toast
18:00 – pork rissoles, veggie bake. rice pudding
21:00 – few nibbles
0:00 – glass milk, bed
