a late night Saturday (birthday party) and feeling a bit under the weather yesterday lead to today being the first trip to the gym this week.
reasonably happy with the rowing and treadmill work. 7km/h walking pace on the treadmill, and 10km/h jogging for first 2 sets, had to wind things right down for the third though. the efforts from the first 2 and the rowing left me a little knackered.
built up a good sweat, worked hard and walked away feeling knackered but good. always a good sign of a great workout!
