05:50 – Bus, meditate, rest – fell asleep, woke up just before busport, so no riverside walk!

10:00 – Morning walk, blueberry yoghurt, muesli bar crumbled into pieces, nuts and seeds
11:30 – Lunchtime walk, Skinny Long Mac
12:30 – Wholemeal roll, beef, cheese, chutney

16:00 – in pool with Kian
18:00 – Pasta bolognese with turkey mince (small qty of wholemeal pasta)

I think I have cracked the peckishness issue – bread at lunchtime. Had sandwiches rather than salad bowl for past few days and not had the peckishness attacks…
