13:30 – Extended lunchtime walk via King’s Park (Mounts Bay Rd, up Kokoda Track, down St Georges Terrace). Approx 5km
14:30 – Rice, beef, pumpkin – small serve from Chinese lunch bar
16:00 – Banana
18:00 – Basa (white fish), risoni with capers and  olives, asparagus. Poached pear with vanilla syrup and caramel custard. All weightwatchers recipes.

Notes
Really felt a negative impact from a few slack days. Didn’t jog much at all on the treadmill, cross trainer down by about 100m.
Clearly a rest is good – but you can have too much of a good thing…. Impact probably a combo of dropping a little on the fitness levels plus some “not so good for you” food…
