bit of a slow start to the day after the birthday festivities of the night before – hit the gym feeling a little on the bloated side, but overall not too bad.
did a gentle 10km row and felt a whole lot better afterwards. weight was the same as last week, so (allowing for the feast from the night before), I reckon things are tracking downwards still…
as for today’s music… this is the music video of the year in my opinion, so it had to make an appearance at some stage!

18:00 – fresh crab & gnocchi
21:30 – glass milk, bed
