well, despite not being so badly shattered by the long run yesterday, I still managed to sleep through until 4:30am. Actually I did wake about 1am, but figured that was a tad early for the gym, even for me!
a 3km riverside walk reminded me that my legs had taken a battering yeserday, but overall feeling pretty good.
