a bit of an unsettled night (an incident involving a poorly Marble deciding to sleep on Kian’s bed, and having a bit of a “poo problem” meant that Kian slept in our bed, and I slept on the sofa LOL)
was surprised that I still managed to wake up at 2:45 and head to the gym.
smashed the first stint of rowing and treadmill (jog 11kmh/h, walk 7km/h) – that effort took a lot out of the reserves though, and subsequent times reflect that quite clearly!
great session all round though.
