14:00 – Pruning trees and shrubs in front and back garden, fixing up lattice to side of car port.
18:00 – Beef curry, daal, brown rice
21:00 – Milk, bed
Notes
Really impressed at how well my body recovered from the big night out. No hangover, no spending all day recovering… Had a full, productive day in the garden (ahead of the green verge-side collection).
Didn’t go to the gym, but the work in the garden gave me a good workout. Drank loads of water throughout the whole day.
