so the irritating cough struck again last night, and this time I didn’t wake until 4:15am!
today is a running rest day, so I just got on with heading to the office. abs and push-ups can be done later…
overall i think things are improving, it really is just the tickly irritating cough component that’s causing grief!
04:15 – 1 x Berocca, 3 x fish oil capsules, 1 x glucosamine tablet, 1 x men’s one-a-day multi-vitamin. energy bar.
04:50 – bus, nap
05:45 – coffee, muesli, slice toast with peanut butter
08:30 – red apple
10:30 – dried apricots
11:30 – walk into Perth
12:00 – chicken breast fillet, tomato, mayo in a bun
13:00 – rosemary & rock salt crackers
13:30 – double choc cake
14:15 – bus
15:00 – shopping for cheap gear for tough mudder
17:00 – pasta and creamy basil sauce
19:00 – abs and pushups
20:30 – glass milk, 3 x fish oil capsules, 1 night time multi. bed
