was up bright and early this morning, with a run up to King’s Park with Jamie (workmate) on the agenda.
in the end it was a solo run; Jamie had texted to say he would be 15 minutes late. unfortunately I didn’t see the message, waited 10 minutes and figured I should continue on my own.
it was a warm, sunny morning, the run up the Mount St hill was hard work, but the reward at the top is a nice flat section through the beautiful King’s Park and views across the river and city.
the run went along “Law Walk” – a nice undulating route with a “bush” feel to it – then down to the river level at the far end, heading back to the city along the river.
I decided to take the Kokoda steps back up to King’s Park (near the war memorial) and then back down to the city via the Mount St hill.
it was a thoroughly pleasant run in the morning sunshine at a nice pace…
