an early start today, so i managed a full friday session for a change (i.e. did the treadmill stuff and still had time for the weights).
a bad day food-wise though – Movember fund-raising morning tea, and some weird eating patterns for the afternoon/evening… which is a shame, because the scales were telling me a good story this morning…
