I knew it would happen, that the finish line in Brisbane would actually be yet another start line. it’s how it works, how it has always worked ever since that first marathon; each milestone marking… time for a reboot
so here’s a phrase that I would never have imagined myself saying; I can’t wait to get back to a proper running training routine! there’s two components to that statement, firstly after 4 months of… under starters orders
well it has been a while, my focus was (understandably) on “hearts across australia”, but now that little adventure is over it is time to get some structure and routine back in place, launch some… the ex fat guy is back!
